"Pilates helped me rebuild my life. I hope Reformology can be a space where others can find their own strength, healing, and joy too."

An Atlanta native, Stephanie Dietrich’s journey is one of creativity, resilience, and reinvention.
A proud graduate of Grady High School (now known as Midtown High School), Stephanie went on to earn her degree from Georgia Tech, concentrating in Industrial Design – College of Architecture. She built an accomplished career spanning over 20 years as an Environmental Graphic Designer, specializing in signage, wayfinding, branding, and visual communications for the built environment. Her work has been defined by a deep understanding of manufacturing methods, efficient production processes, and bringing complex ideas to life — from ideation to creation.

Yet it was a profound personal loss that sparked the next chapter of her story.

In 2016, while recovering from back surgery and raising two very young children, Stephanie’s husband passed away suddenly. Facing both physical recovery and overwhelming grief, Stephanie leaned on therapy and eventually became a facilitator herself, helping others navigate loss.

It was during this time that Pilates entered her life—not simply as a workout, but as a transformative healing practice. Alongside therapy, Pilates became her foundation for rebuilding mental, emotional, and physical strength. It helped her reclaim resilience, courage, and balance when she needed it most.

This life-changing experience inspired Stephanie to pivot her career toward wellness full-time, culminating in the founding of Reformology Pilates in Avondale Estates. As a single mother of two and devoted dog mom to a spirited boxer mix, she brings not only professional excellence but also compassion, empathy, and lived experience to the heart of her studio.

Stephanie’s vision for Reformology Pilates is clear:
To create a nurturing, community-centered space where movement, mindfulness, and healing come together. A place where individuals of all backgrounds can find strength, balance, and a renewed connection to their bodies — regardless of where their journey begins.

Through a blend of contemporary and classical Pilates, trauma-informed practices, and a personalized approach to movement, Stephanie is proud to offer a sanctuary for growth, resilience, and holistic well-being.
