Before Birth is an intimate, small-group prenatal Pilates class limited to just three clients, ensuring every session is personal, attentive, and fully tailored to where you are in your pregnancy. Thoughtfully blended, each session is based on your needs to help expectant mothers build the strength, awareness, and confidence needed for labor and delivery.
