What to Expect

Each 50-minute session — whether it’s Reformer, Tower, Mat, or a Private — follows a carefully designed flow. You'll begin by connecting to breath and gently waking up the body, then move through a series of exercises that build strength, balance, and control. From supportive foundations to advanced variations, our instructors adapt the work to match your experience, goals, and energy that day.

Each class format offers something unique:

  • Reformer – Full-body strengthening with smooth, spring-based resistance

  • Tower – Core-centered work with an emphasis on mobility, breath, and postural alignment

  • Mat – Challenging bodyweight movement using props and deep core engagement

  • Private Sessions – Fully personalized using the full Pilates system, including Chair, Barrel, and Cadillac

Expect expert guidance, smart modifications, and encouragement to explore your edge — whether that means building confidence in the basics or refining your precision in advanced work. You'll finish with grounding stretches and a refreshed sense of connection — walking out taller, steadier, and more energized.

At Reformology, we meet you where you are — whether you're stepping into Pilates for the first time or you’ve been practicing for years. Our classes are grounded in mindful movement, thoughtful progression, and a deep respect for how every body moves differently.
