Jade Crosby is a passionate Pilates instructor with over five years of teaching experience, grounded in a lifelong immersion in the practice. Her sessions are rooted in integrity, alignment, and flow — empowering clients to move with strength, control, and confidence. Her classes are not only physically transformative but also emotionally grounding, offering a space for clients to reconnect with their bodies and themselves. When she’s not teaching Pilates, Jade can be found onstage as the lead singer of her metal band, Novumora, hand-pouring candles, or winding down with a cozy episode of Gilmore Girls.

Yuli

Instructor

I’m originally from New Jersey, and I moved to Georgia in my late teens. Growing up, I was always very active—I did gymnastics and played soccer, with soccer being my main focus. About two years ago, I discovered Pilates as a personal hobby, but my connection to it became much deeper after my father suffered a serious injury. Even after three months of physical therapy, he was still in a lot of pain. I introduced him to Pilates, and we began going to sessions twice a week. Over time, I watched his condition slowly start to improve. Seeing his progress firsthand was incredibly powerful. It showed me how transformative Pilates could be, not just physically but emotionally too. That experience sparked my commitment to the practice and made me curious about the science behind it. Because of that, I decided to pursue my certification and become a Pilates instructor, so I can help others experience the same healing and strength that my father and I did.

Kim

Instructor

An Atlanta native, Kim discovered Pilates over a decade ago and was instantly drawn to the way it made her feel – strong, graceful, balanced, and at ease in her body. After years of workouts that felt more demanding than restorative, she found in Pilates a practice she actually looked forward to and knew she could carry through every stage of life. As Kim’s two children left home and she became an empty nester, she committed to turning her personal passion into a profession she loves, embracing the challenges of being a lifelong learner as she worked to earn her teacher certification. She is grateful to share the joy and benefits of Pilates with others and derives great satisfaction from interacting with students of all levels – from introducing the practice to those encountering a reformer for the first time to challenging seasoned practitioners to progress their movement journeys in new and creative ways!
