Jade Crosby is a passionate Pilates instructor with over five years of teaching experience, grounded in a lifelong immersion in the practice. She began her journey under the guidance of her father, Joel Crosby, a master Pilates instructor, whose mentorship instilled in her a deep respect for the classical method and a commitment to excellence. She completed a 600-hour comprehensive training through Classical Pilates Education in association with the Pilates Method Alliance. With a background in musical theatre and movement from Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City, Jade approaches Pilates as both a technical discipline and an expressive art form. Her sessions are rooted in integrity, alignment, and flow — empowering clients to move with strength, control, and confidence. Driven by a deep belief in the power of mind-body connection, Jade is an advocate for holistic wellness, somatic movement, and mindset mastery. Her classes are not only physically transformative but also emotionally grounding, offering a space for clients to reconnect with their bodies and themselves. When she’s not teaching Pilates, Jade can be found onstage as the lead singer of her metal band, Novumora, hand-pouring candles, or winding down with a cozy episode of Gilmore Girls.

Courtney began practicing Yoga in 2003, when she took her first yoga class in response to recurring migraines and stress. After just one class, she realized that yoga would have to become a part of her life. The benefits were clear; her mind was clear and her body felt better immediately. With consistent practice, the intensity of migraines and stress melted away. Yoga became her medicine. Courtney’s love of yoga led her to begin a self-study and sparked the desire to learn in a structured environment. In 2009, she became a 200 hour Iyengar Yoga instructor. This line of Yoga focuses heavily on alignment and the healing potential of Yoga. In 2014 Courtney studied at Kashi Atlanta Ashram under Swami Jaya Devi Bhagavati and received her 200 hour yoga certification in Classical Indian yoga. This has led Courtney to teaching in a variety of settings, including private sessions, retreats, farms and in corporate offices. Courtney’s core belief is that our bodies are wise and that if we take the time to tune into ourselves, happiness, contentment and clarity of mind are sure to follow.
