Jade
Instructor
Jade Crosby is a passionate Pilates instructor with over five years of teaching experience, grounded in a lifelong immersion in the practice. She began her journey under the guidance of her father, Joel Crosby, a master Pilates instructor, whose mentorship instilled in her a deep respect for the classical method and a commitment to excellence. She completed a 600-hour comprehensive training through Classical Pilates Education in association with the Pilates Method Alliance. With a background in musical theatre and movement from Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City, Jade approaches Pilates as both a technical discipline and an expressive art form. Her sessions are rooted in integrity, alignment, and flow — empowering clients to move with strength, control, and confidence. Driven by a deep belief in the power of mind-body connection, Jade is an advocate for holistic wellness, somatic movement, and mindset mastery. Her classes are not only physically transformative but also emotionally grounding, offering a space for clients to reconnect with their bodies and themselves. When she’s not teaching Pilates, Jade can be found onstage as the lead singer of her metal band, Novumora, hand-pouring candles, or winding down with a cozy episode of Gilmore Girls.

Ivy
Instructor
Ivy discovered Pilates after sustaining a back injury that reshaped her relationship with movement. As a dance artist and educator, she turned to Pilates in search of deeper alignment and sustainable practices—and quickly found its clarity, discipline, and healing potential transformative. What began as part of her recovery soon became a passion, leading her to earn her certification through Classical Kulture. Drawing from her roots in dance, Ivy teaches with a focus on precision, flow, and body awareness. She is committed to helping others build strength, prevent injury, and reconnect to their bodies in a grounded, intelligent way.

Kim
Instructor
An Atlanta native, Kim discovered Pilates over a decade ago and was instantly drawn to the way it made her feel – strong, graceful, balanced, and at ease in her body. After years of workouts that felt more demanding than restorative, she found in Pilates a practice she actually looked forward to and knew she could carry through every stage of life. As Kim’s two children left home and she became an empty nester, she committed to turning her personal passion into a profession she loves, embracing the challenges of being a lifelong learner as she worked to earn her teacher certification. She is grateful to share the joy and benefits of Pilates with others and derives great satisfaction from interacting with students of all levels – from introducing the practice to those encountering a reformer for the first time to challenging seasoned practitioners to progress their movement journeys in new and creative ways!

Lisa
Instructor
Lisa Doherty has been a lifelong student of Pilates, and today she shares that passion as a Certified Pilates Instructor. Known for her uplifting energy, Lisa blends decades of experience on the Reformer and mat with her natural enthusiasm for movement and living well. A proud mom of three sons and grandmother to two granddaughters, Lisa values staying vibrant and active. Guided by her strong faith, she carries a spirit of grace and positivity into every class, making Pilates not just a workout but a life-enhancing practice. Lisa’s professional background adds depth to her teaching. She has served as Director of Operations for Velocity Sports Performance, run her own CruiseOne franchise, managed her son’s acting career, and works in fashion and design with White House Black Market and Closets by Design. These experiences shaped her creativity, leadership, and signature “make it happen” style. Every Pilates session with Lisa is designed to leave students stronger, more centered, and inspired to move through life with grace, vitality, and joy.

Join Aisha on this empowering journey to discover the joy of movement, cultivate resilience, and embrace a healthier, more vibrant life!

Courtney
Instructor
Courtney began practicing Yoga in 2003, when she took her first yoga class in response to recurring migraines and stress. After just one class, she realized that yoga would have to become a part of her life. The benefits were clear; her mind was clear and her body felt better immediately. With consistent practice, the intensity of migraines and stress melted away. Yoga became her medicine. Courtney’s love of yoga led her to begin a self-study and sparked the desire to learn in a structured environment. In 2009, she became a 200 hour Iyengar Yoga instructor. This line of Yoga focuses heavily on alignment and the healing potential of Yoga. In 2014 Courtney studied at Kashi Atlanta Ashram under Swami Jaya Devi Bhagavati and received her 200 hour yoga certification in Classical Indian yoga. This has led Courtney to teaching in a variety of settings, including private sessions, retreats, farms and in corporate offices. Courtney’s core belief is that our bodies are wise and that if we take the time to tune into ourselves, happiness, contentment and clarity of mind are sure to follow.
